My order has been returned to sender, what does that mean?Updated 2 months ago
Orders returned to us are typically due to one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Multiple failed delivery attempts (UK orders)
- Failure to collect from a local collection point (UK orders)
- Customs delays or issues (EU & International orders)
- Refusal or non-payment of customs duties (EU & International orders)
UK Orders
For UK orders, parcels are usually returned after multiple failed delivery attempts or if they are not collected from a local depot or collection point within the courier’s holding period.
If you would like your order to be resent, a re-shipping fee will apply.
EU & International Orders
For EU and international orders, delays or returns may occur due to customs processing, import restrictions, or if duties and taxes are not paid upon arrival.
If your order is returned to us due to a customs issue, please contact our Customer Support Team so we can review your order and advise on the next steps.
