If you were not home at the time of delivery, the delivery partner will typically attempt to leave your parcel in a safe location away from public view, or with a neighbour where possible.

We recommend checking around your property, with neighbours, or with your building management, as parcels may sometimes be left or accepted on your behalf.

Please also double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.

In some cases, parcels may be marked as delivered but can take a little additional time to arrive, depending on the local delivery service.
