Returns are accepted at our customer service address within 14 days of purchase (100 days for Iontophoresis Machines). 

The goods are your responsibility until accepted at our premises, so for your security reasons, please use a "signed-for" delivery service which covers you for the value of the goods. The cost of return is at your expense. 

Iontophoresis machines must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery to cover the value of the goods and with all the component parts, including the foam case inserts inside the original carrying case.  

The refundable amount is for the product and not for any delivery charges. We will make deductions from the refund amount for missing or damaged goods.   

Only one product per household will be refunded under the SWEAT GUARD^® money-back guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
