Please ensure all shipping information (including address, phone number, and email) is entered correctly at the time of purchase. 

Sweat Guard cannot accept responsibility for orders where incorrect information has been provided.

Orders are processed quickly, and it may not always be possible to amend delivery details, including changes of address or destination country, once an order has been placed.

In the event that an order needs to be returned due to incorrect address details, the order will be refunded, excluding the original postage cost. Where applicable, a reshipping fee will also be charged if the order is to be sent again.

Please take care when completing your order and be mindful of autofill payment options such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, as these may populate outdated or incorrect details.

 This helps us make sure your order is delivered to the right location and that you receive timely delivery updates regarding your delivery.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to amend the address. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
