Our shipping team works quickly to dispatch orders as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes orders may be placed in error, or you may need to make changes shortly after placing your order.
Our support team will always do their best to assist with any changes or cancellations before your order is dispatched. However, due to our fast fulfilment process, this is not always possible.

Subscriptions
To cancel or amend a subscription, changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next order is due to be dispatched. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your next shipment.
