What do i do if my Rollerball is stuck ?Updated 2 months ago

All of our rollerballs are quality-checked before leaving our manufacturers to ensure they function correctly.

In some cases, rollerballs may become temporarily stuck during transit, particularly in very cold temperatures. This can also happen if there is a build-up of dried product around the rim of the bottle.

To help restore normal function, we recommend the following:

  • Run the rollerball under warm (not boiling) water for a short time to gently warm and expand the plastic housing.
  • Firmly press the rollerball downwards to help loosen it.
  • Place the rollerball directly onto clean, dry skin (the back of the hand or palm works well) and roll in circular motions in all directions to coat the ball with product.
  • If the rollerball remains stuck, apply gentle downward pressure while continuing to roll.

This process may need to be repeated a few times to help loosen the rollerball and restore smooth application.
